Job Description:

In the role of Production Technician, you will enjoy a varied and developmental daily routine with significant autonomy and personal responsibility for your products. The role also entails responsibility for driving and ensuring efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing process. You will be part of a tightly knit team of engaged and skilled colleagues, working together to deliver the right quality, at the right cost, and on time.

As a Production Technician, you will work cross-functionally with all stakeholders, acting as a technical expert.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production and the quality of your product(s).
• Planning, follow-up, and control of production.
• Act as an expert regarding production technical issues.
• Participate in technology development and industrialize new methods, processes, and ways of working.

This assignment requires you to undergo a security interview and be approved according to current regulations. The assignment also entails requirements regarding specific citizenship.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with relevant education in industrial economics, mechanical engineering, or a similar field. Experience from the manufacturing industry or previous work in a similar role is considered an asset.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a curious and creative person who enjoys thinking outside the box and has a drive to develop within the role.

We place great emphasis on your personality and look for a structured and solution-focused individual. You thrive both working independently and in collaboration with others. We also expect you to have a good technical understanding and fluency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
